Salt Lake City Airport to Park City has a shuttle for $30.00 one way. Rental car agencies all have different rates and discouts. Check out for car rentals and other info at the website www.saltlakecity.org
Visit AlForno's, great Italian food in a relaxed atmosphere. The best formal dining can be had at the New Yorker. It is a private club, but as an out of state visitor you can purchase a temporary card. The ability to be in the mountains hiking or snowshoeing within the hour is great.
You can't get a drink in a bar, just beer. If you want a drink you have to join a private club. Cost is usually $5 to $10 for a 2 week membership. You can get a drink in many restaurants but you have to order a meal.
The mountains are always close by. You can hike to peaks even in the springtime and snowboard on the hillside. This picture here is of a friend of mine boarding on the hillside up Farmington Canyon- about 20 minutes drive north of Salt Lake downtown. Farmington Canyon is a great place to go if you want to hike and ski/board.
Value for money ratio is great in Ahh Sushi if you oder between 5 and 6 pm - 50% on all sushi. The service was the best I experienced in town. The food was prepared fast, drinks were re-filled at once. Sushi was good, especially Funky Vegas. I loved the interior design, small restaurant's size and soft sofas. Bathrooms are somewhat weird - you almost pass the kitchen on the way their. Funky Vegas
