Vermont is known for it's dairy farming and cheese-making, it's biggest cheese producer being Cabot, and it's best-known ice-cream producer being Ben & Jerry's. (Take a tour and a taste in both these factories!).
The towns listed in this picture are the 3 southernmost "cities" in Vermont, along Rte 9 which runs east/west. Vermont is also known for the skiing it provides and has hundreds of ski areas for all skill levels. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are also very popular. In northern VT you have about 6 months of winter so being a "snowbunny" is helpful in surviving life there :))
