Off the trails

Go to the back country. Sunbrook and the North Face on the mountain's back side offer some thrilling trails. To take my snowboard for some runs at Mt. Snow's North Face is my fondest memory of this area. Few other people, no lift lines and absolutely great snow with challenging trails. My best ride was the last one before closing time late afternoon. To take the last chair up the mountain, get on the trail just before the ski patrol closes it for the night. Nobody else on the trail anymore. That's awesome. Just me and the mountain. Wonderful.
