They just couldn't have been nicer.
The manager and the desk staff went out of their way to make our visit work. There were 9 of us that needed the shuttle transport to the metro at 7:30 in the morning. They were very prompt and were ready to load all of us up when we were finished with our breakfast. They also took us into Old Town several times and picked us up in just a few minutes after we called.
Unique Quality: The metro station is only about a mile and a half from this Hampton Inn. The staff was so obliging and helpful we never felt like we had a problem. Even during morning rush hour it only took about 8 to 10 minutes to get to the metro station.
Hampton Inn always has a hot breakfast and this one was as good as any of the other Hampton Inn's we've used. They had lots of fresh fruit and toppings for bagels, toast and muffins. Cookies and hot chocolate were waiting when we came in at night.
It was so great to be able to leave our car there and use their shuttle to the metro. They also let us leave our car there for an entire day after we had checked out. Plus they came and got us late that afternoon. We got a "Hit the Road" rate of $80.10 per night. We were very pleased with our stay.
