Excuse, I didn't stay at Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel. I passed by this hotel and took that picture of not very beautiful edifice of the hotel. So, I can only say that the hotel is conveniently located at main street of Crystal City (US-1), 0.4 mi from center of Crystal City (restaurants and entertainment there) and next to Crystal City Shops. Metro station Crystal City is located on oposite side of main street, about 0.3 mi south. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is only 3.2 mi by car (free hotel shuttle!). Internet price now: $279/night (2 persons in 1 room, add tax and parking fee $14 per day).

11. Try Priceline.com. I paid much less for my hotels (at least twice less) thanks to this blind search/book accommodation service.
To book a room enter city (Arlington) and dates, number of rooms, neighbourhood (Crystal City), hotel star level and your own price with all taxes and surcharges (choose much lower price than suggested on the page!). If any hotel accepts your price, priceline will immediately charge your credit card the total cost of your stay. Rooms purchased through priceline can not be cancelled, changed or transferred and refunds are not allowed. And you can't request for bed types or smoking/non-smoking room.
