First of all, don't book with hotels.com. I have argued with the manager here and hotels.com because my reservation was for smoking rooms. When we checked in, they got non-smoking request-the hotel is not responsible for room request. hotels.com says they booked for smoking, the hotel showed me they received non-smoking. hotels.com does not guarantee room specifications. Did get a smoking room. Opened the door to one room and people already had that room! The other room had a do not disturb sign on it. Finally did get rooms after 3 trips to the checkin desk and about 45 minutes later. Hope your not in a hurry to get to your room!
