Sheraton Park South Hotel, Richmond, VA - Reviews and Hotel Information

I had been through Richmond a while back, before I really started with Virtual Tourist, and came across an older picture from one trip. Back around 2003, I stayed at the Sheraton Park South outside of Richmond for some business reason, although without my copious notes, I am not sure why.

As I recall, this hotel was a little on the old side, and had definitely seen better days. The parking outside the hotel was free, and the check-in process was smooth. The bed was ok, but it was not the standard Sheraton Sweet Sleeper edition that I have grown used to in my frequent business travel.

The hotel had a nice pond out behind it, and as far as I remember, I did see some fairly nice wildlife, including a goose or two.
