This is one of my local favorites, it has a warm atmosphere with an awesome menu and friendly waitresses. I love the Brasilian touch on the Italian dishes. The Filet and Jumbo shrimp is an awesome entree as is the Salmon Wellington. For an appetizer, I choose the Clams Casino and always take the avacado salad dressing.
Roanoke is a small city located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains in southwestern Virginia. Roanoke's primary employer for decades was the railroad industry, with the Norfolk and Western railroad having a major presence in the city. Many of the railroad jobs are now gone, but Roanoke still preserves its railroad heritage with an excellent railroad museum. Outside of Roanoke, the Blue Ridge mountains are full of interesting scenery and easily accessible by car. We have been to Roanoke several times, and have always enjoyed our visits.
