Route 123 can become very congested very quickly.
at 8 and 11:30 am and 5 pm, traffic on Maple Avenue can become a creep and crawl.
There are not any alternative streets that travese Vienna from west to east except for very short lengths. So you are either stuck in stop and go traffic or you choose a different time to travel route 123.
