Cockroaches, unexpected for how clean
I thought this place was very clean. Then the Second night we were there we woke up with a cockroach crawling across our faces....Then there was one on the wall the size of my palm.. we called the front to come do something.. they said they were coming, and never came.. We ended up sleeping in our car that night... THey gave us another room right next door... wow- big improvement 1 door down.. We Bought roach spray and sprayed the vents of the air conditioner, and sprayed everywhere in the room.. it was so strong, and we had it sleep in the fumes like that. for one night... We woke up with our chests hurting badly the next day and have had colds ever since.. Didnt see any roaches again, but slept horribly still. thinking they were going to comeback... If you like that sorta thing, Id recomend it, but other wise.. Best western oceanfront. was 80 a night and very clean, right on the boardwalk.. we stayed there the last night.. and woke up to dolphins , it was so beautiful.. no breakfast but oh well..
