Worst Hotel Ever

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THE MOST HORRIBLE VACATION I EVER HAD! I LEFT EARLY!! I was scheduled to stay for 11 nights but I had to vacate this dump early--I was continuously lied to about the elevator situation--There was only one working elevator during my stay; the other elevator was always down due to heat they said; (the elevators, and room front doors are in outdoor walkways) they were always promising to fix the elevators, or saying it was fixed but was not; therefore there was only one working elevator for 12 floors, and this elevator had no air conditioning. Guests were forced to climb many flights of stairs each day in 135 degree unconditioned stair well. During a majority of my stay with three kids I had to carry my kids up 8 flights in this 135 degree heat. THIS MAY SOUND UNIMPORTANT LIKE IT WAS TO THE HOTEL STAFF BUT DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE HOW IMPORTANT AN ELEVATOR IS TO YOUR STAY IN A HOTEL WITH 12 FLOORS...I have a very credible witness names Karen that works at the hotel who can back me up, and she is 100% in agreements with my complaint; she, and I watched countless guests walking up and down 135+ degree non air conditioned stairwells Dont bother waiting for compensation because they will not compensate you no matter what unbearable conditions you were force to endure. They pay a fee to choice hotels because they are a franchise but if you call them they do nothing to help you; they are about as uncaring as the hotel itself. A really disgusting experience from beginning to end..You could not PAY ME to stay here again,,,HORRIBLE--BAD--DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS--UNCARING OWNERS AND WORKERS--THEY ARE NOT THERE TO MAKE YOUR STAY NICE--FOR THE PRICE I PAID I COULD HAVE STAYED AT ONE OF THE MORE BEAUTIFUL HOTELS ON THE BEACH LIKE THE MARRIOTT--DONT REGRET YOUR VACATION--JUST DONT STAY HERE..I had a suite that did not have a pull out sofa, or any cots available, so i had to buy an air mattress from wal-mart --the shower was filthy from day one, and continued to stay filthy my entire stay--it was on of this tub inserts that never quite ever can be cleaned correctly--gross feeling on your feet--on to the hotel security- this hotel at night is full of undesirable people hanging out, and sleeping on benches outside the hotel..the back door is not locked so anyone can just walk into the hotel --drunk noisy people outside the property who could just walk in an follow behind you..and you cant get up the elevator, so they could follow you up the un-secure stairwells--scary---noisy music to 12am--the poor excuse for a breakfast was gross, and unedible-even the complimentary coffee in the disgusting lobby tasted like tainted water-not coffee-one last thing is that the entire time i was there they were so cheap that they only turned on the pool lights one time when i called them to do so; all the other nights i was there i never saw the pool lights on again--creepy place--these were minor in comparison to the horrendous elevator issue...RUN AWAY FROM HERE

Unique Quality: NONE--A REAL DUMP--owner and employees (with exception of one named Karen)are arrogant and uncaring!
