Beware of Bed Bugs

Check in time was at 3 and we arrived at 5. When we got there, 4 different maids were going in and out of our room, as well as 3 other rooms. We sat for an hour to wait for them to finish. As they were cleaning, all 4 would attend to one room and leave the others with their doors open and unattended. When they finished, we went up to our room to notice an incredibly strong smell of Windex. The door didn't shut all the way, the microwave was broken, the fridge froze everything, the curtains let light in, and their was noticeable black mold. I'm not even close to done yet, this was just what we noticed at the very beginning. the water nozzle for the shower was on side ways and the bathroom towels were dirty. Since we were only staying 2 nights we decided to stick it out. The next day, upon returning from an outing to the beach, we arrived at our room to find that our key no longer worked. We had to go to the front desk where the key was processed through a machine and no explanation was given as to why it had not worked earlier. When we woke on the final morning, we finally made the most important and disturbing finding - bed bugs. Multiple. In the bed and scattered throughout the room. After further investigation, we detected the stains of bed bug fecal matter on the sheets and boric acid hidden behind the bed skirt. The boric acid has led us to believe that the management already knew about the bed bug problem but chose not to inform its customers. We packed up our bags and left immediately. Many belongings had to be thrown out and thoroughly cleaned out of precaution, though I still worry that the infestation will spread to my home.

Do not go here unless you enjoy filth and bed bug infestations.

This Hotel is NOT the right choie you you

There is nothing of Quality about this facility. There were bugs, the room service was terrible and to add further frustration the quoted price they gave us was NOT what our final bill was. When we complained to the manager he basically hung up on us.l DO NOT choose this hotel. Drive a bit further in any direction and you will find much better accommodations and staff who are even friendly and cordial to you. This place is the pits.

Unique Quality: The only thing unique about this place is the size of the bugs that inhabit the rooms.
