AWFUL, NOISY HOTEL
No parking upon arrival on a Friday afternoon, had to circle for a half hour to find some. Front desk staff incredibly slow, seemingly unhapy to be there. We were "upgraded" only the room was incredibly small, overlooked a parking lot, no bathtub. Their fitness center was laughable - one broken bike and one treadmill. The worst part, however, was the noise - the bars do not close until 3am and even from the 5th floor it was incredibly noisy until 2:59am. All of the neighbors were upset when I spoke with them the next day and the staff could have cared less, laughed at any complaints

this is the best hotel in Georgetown. It opened in 1961. The Duke and Duchess of Windsor have stayed here.
