my stay
Decent place to stay when on a budget. If you do not know your way around this is not a great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Refrigerator and microwave was in the room. There are a lot of homeless people around the hotel. There are convient stores past the super 8 but it is not wise to go alone if you are from out of town. Be careful.
Unique Quality: I liked the pool and we had a HBO.

Super 8 Motel , Washington D.C.
Spartan and essential.
U get a bed a restroom , a closet , a table and two chairs, and few more....
The quality of furnitures is not that great but the rooms are clean and tidy.
After all it's a budget hotel, what can U expect ?
I asked for a cheap accomodation as close as possible to downtown and that's exactly what I got, so no complains...
Unique Quality: The most outsatnding characteristic of Super 8 Motel in Washington D.C. is to be in about 5 minutes walk's range from Union Station and from there a short walk to the most important's monuments of the city...
It's not great looking nor full of amenities, but since I had only to sleep there I didn't need all that stuff that makes price of Hotel go up...
I think that 70$ + taxes it's a fair and affordable price to stay few minutes by feet from downtown.
