Lake Chelan Shores Condos: The Ideal Lakeside Resort
I always stay here for two simple reasons: The condos are nice and they have their own private boat launch. The public launch in Chelan gets CRAZY!
The condo complex has two parts: the lower and older privately owned condos near the shoreline, and the upper newer time share condos near the state highway. I stay in the former. They don't all have the best decor, but basically they are clean and comfortable if not modern and beautiful. Each condo comes with one covered parking space.
There are studio, one and two bedroom models available. All have air-conditioning and either a patio or balcony. Most overlook the lake. Those near the pools can get noisy with kids playing, but that doesn't bother me. There are no late night parties aloud.
You can tie your boat to a private bouy for an extra charge. You'll need a rubber tender to get to your boat, or you can swim out. You can park your trailer in the the upper boat parking lot for an extra fee.
The complex is within walking distance of the Deep Water Brewery. I've never been there but I hear it's good.
Condos have kitchens, BBQs for each unit several pools and beach swimming, tennis, horseshoe court, volleyball.
