Ocean Shores worst nightmare
After calling four days in advance and reserving a room with a guaranteed AAA rate we were quoted $84.05. Upon check in our rate went to $89.00, I told the person at the front desk this was incorrect and she changed it in front of us and apologized for the error. Upon check out we were charged $99.06. When we informed the person of the wrong rate she stated she could not change it and we would have to pay this amount. She also stated she tried to change it on two other rooms at no luck. I think this is BS, I think she did this on purpose to get a higher amount out of us. We wrote to the manager and have received no letter back. This use to be a great place to stay until they changed the name to Ascension Hotels and resorts. We WILL NEVER stay here again. The beds were as hard as a rock, the breakfast was down hill and they ran out of food.
