Quinault Marina & RV Park: Inside Facing Marina and Campground
I did not stay at this campground, but only explored it as part of getting to the Damon Point State Park. From the direction I came from, there was no indication that this is private property, and thought that it was part of the facilities of the state park until I wandered past the entrance on the way out, which certainly informed me that I had not been on public property.
The campground and marina is an enterprise of the Quinault Indian Nation. It includes beach access through the state park, and the marina. Payment is by self service pay station at the campground office.
The campground includes RV sites that are full connection, and "dry camping" sites that are no more than semi-level spots on the ground with a picnic table and fire pit.
The restrooms include flush toilets and showers. They are simple, but adequate and typical of what you would find in campgrounds anywhere.
The campground and its marina faces the inside of Gray's Harbor, so it does not receive the full force of wind and waves directly off the Ocean - though it does get quite a lot of wind anyway.

Discovery Inn: Dog Friendly
Located approximately 3 miles south of town situated on the Grand Canal and also near the bird sanctuary. Has a swimming pool and indoor hot tub where you can sit, relax and watch the sunset. Not a four star hotel but it is reasonably priced and welcomes dogs.

Unique Quality: Ocean sounds, sights, and smells. Get a room with a fireplace! Definitely not economical, but a great treat at the end of the trip.
