Beautiful Oceanfront Spot - great unit
Rented unit 201 and was beautiful with bamboo floors, nice towels, glasstop stove and cute decorations. Very clean. Some units are owned by different people but can say 201 was very nice.
Unique Quality: Hot tub was awesome!

Stay Away If You Want Bedding or Bring Your Own
Friends and I stayed at the Nautilus last week-end, January 7, 2012. When it was time to pull out the hide-a bed there was absolutely no linen for it. No sheets or pillowcases. Needless to say it was an extremely uncomfortable night. When I spoke to the office the next morning they said I should have called despite the fact that they do not answer the phone after 5 pm. When asked for an adjustment the manager said " we don't do that". I could have a discount on the next visit if I wanted. As if. Providing bedding is the most basic requirement of a business in the "hospitality" trade. In addition, this so called cozy get away had a gas fireplace that was broken and had no heat. It took hours for the inadequate wall heater to warm up the living room. Stay away from places that operate like this.

Best for couples who want to bring their dog
One bedroom condos, complete kitchens, and views from 2nd and 3rd floors. Resonably priced in season, cheap off seson. It's a very quite complex and the units are impeccably clean and centrally located.
Unique Quality: Hot tub, great views, close to central stores and restaurants. All units have fireplaces & HBO/Cable TV.
