Watch out!
I almost stayed here but my friends warned me that a woman had been MURDERED RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET by a crazy guy. We explored the area later and even in daylight there are desperate characters in the area. I would not want to leave a car overnight, it's near impoverished neighborhoods and an HMO hospital. You can do better.

Great View - Central Location
Recommendation: Ask for room 206. Your view of the Seattle skyline, Puget Sound and the mountains beyond will be excellent.
This is not a 'room'. It's an apartment. (microwave kitchen). Continental breakfast is served buffet style downstairs (adjoining house).
We didn't need to use the gas fireplace since we visited during summer.
Some street noise (bus route) - but not enough to interfere with sleep.
Unique Quality: This B&B is two houses side-by-side, on a modestly quiet street. This gives space for gardens, pool and car-parking. Bus stops are nearby. For the few times when we didn't walk, route #10 got us between the B&B and downtown.
The weather wasn't hot enough for swimming in the B&B's pool. But it sure looked inviting - clear water and scrupulously clean.
The koi pond in the side garden gives a private corner for mediation.
Artwork throughout the B&B is impressive. You must resist the dark impulse to slip things into your suitcase : - )
