Getting a Hotel
by minkota
Since there are 3 colleges in town, it is hard getting a hotel when graduations are going on. You may want to book far in advance for the middle of may. Also Oktoberfest is another weekend that is hard to find a hotel. Book in advance or bring a tent.
Myrick Park

A wonderful place for the kids to play! I used to play here when I was young, and I have so many fond memories of it. There are plenty of swings, slides, crawl tubes, monkey bars, and much more to keep the kids entertained. It's usually pretty crowded here too. The zoo is just a walk away, and it's FREE for everyone! Come have an afternoon of fun at Myrick Park and the zoo!
