SCAM!
Very unhappy with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the property. Rooms were outdated, linens were disgusting and rough, and the room itself seemed very dingy. We chose not to stay there but ended up paying for the entire stay because the money hungry management refused to refund ANY of our money. Not the way to spend a honeymoon, or any other trip.

Great Value!
We stayed in the Lumber Jack Suite. It is a 2 bedroom with living room and kitchen. There were 6 of us. We were very surprised at how large the rooms are. We loved the country lodge style decor. Very economical because our stay included passes to a theme park, water park and a pizza coupon. We called the front desk to make our reservation. The girl was very friendly and she customized a package that included exactly what I wanted. If you compare prices to other hotels, you will find this is a great deal. My family also enjoyed that we could make smores out at the bonfire. We will definately be staying here again.

Horrible Hotel!
Overpriced. Room resembled a cheap Motel 6. Decor was autrocious. Workout room and game room worst I've ever seen. Packages were nothing like they were described. Left a whole day early because we couldn't stand to stay there another night. Only employee on duty to handle complaints was a security guard. Refused any refund even though they misrepresented the package and left a day early. I will never return to the Dells or this "resort".
Unique Quality: I've never felt so scammed or taken advantage of in my life. It was a memorable experience but not a good one.
