I strongly recommend that you confirm ALL fees when making your reservation. I called TWICE and asked what the rate would be. I was quoted a fee of $179. I arrived at Sundara after a 1.5 hour drive in the dark. It was not until that time that I was first told of an extra $12 resort fee per night. Of course, I was not going to turn around and drive back home. When I checked out, I contacted the spa directly. I sent three different emails explaining that I believed all fees should be quoted at the time of the reservation. The manager refused to refund the fee or to apologize.
My husband and I travel extensively and have always been told of any extra fees at the time of the reservation. I feel this is unethical practice.
In addition, if you do have any services, be aware that a 20% gratuity is automatically charged, whether or not you are satisfied with the services.

Tried a newly opened Spa called Sundara. It was heavenly. It is on 26 acres of white pine in the middle of kiddie land. It can be a day Spa but for guests it is an adult haven for rest and relaxation.
It's fully functional for winter as well. And I can't wait until I can go in outdoor pool with snow all around.
Makes me wish I was more well to do.
