a good bang for the buck
upon arrival they upgraded our room at no charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again and again.
Unique Quality: a very clean place . plenty of everything (towells , soap, shampoo, coffee etc.) free breakfast,
free wifi . if you dont have a laptop they have a computer and a printer in the lobby that you can use at no charge . the location was good to. you can walk to the center of town in a few miniutes. also Plenty of parking.

Very expensive as in peak season: USD 167 per night for a queen size bed room.
The hotel is centrally located, room looked a bit run down.
It was hot in the room w/o air con, but the air con was very noisy and too cold if turned on (can not adjust temperature).

Great Hotel in Jackson town
The 49ers Hotel, which is a Quality Inn hotel, is located in the downtown area of Jackson. You will also get rewards points if you have joined the Choice Hotels membership (you can join right away and get reward points for your stay). Just a few blocks walk to all the stores and many of the restuarants in town. This is probably a mid-priced hotel and we got a suite with a fireplace which is about $20 more per night. The fireplace is nice to watch, but you really don't need it. It was toasty warm in the room even when it was only 10deg F outside. We only used it once or twice. There is also wireless internet at the hotel if you have your own computer otherwise there is one in the lobby. A self-serve continental breakfast available in a seperate building.
