Private Campground neare Tetons
I don't often give a bad recommendation about anything, but this campground deserves one!
It was overprized, with very small campsites, no trees, lots of trash and junk lying around and toilets overflowing in the bathroom.
I made a reservation there because you can't make reservations in the Teton National Park over the internet. We should have just gone there without a reservation!! They had some open campsites and even without showers, they could only have been better than this place....
I wanted to do laundry there: out of the 3 laundry areas, 1 was totally out of order, 1 only had 1 dryer working and we had to drag our wet stuff out of another one that didn't heat up to drive it over to another laundry area with a working dryer. It ended up wasting an entire afternoon.
Unique Quality: The only nice thing about the campground was the beautiful horses in the farm next to it. If we had more time, we could have rented some and gone horseback riding.

Lodgin in Teton Village
New, luxury property in Teton Village. Lodge includes an indoor/outdoor pool, spa and fitness room as well as a restaurant and bar.
I thought the accomodations were very nice but service was generally poor. Staffed by summer help with little knowledge of basic service etiquette or of the local area. We were unable to get basic recommendations on restaurants, bars, sights.
Given the high rates, I thought this property failed to deliver on the basics.
