Argenta Tower Hotel and Suites

I was very pleased with the standard of accomodation at Argenta. The hotel is well situated near the Plaza de San Martin and the main shopping/touristy street called Calle Florida.

The hotel has a good restaurant where you can have your breakfast (included in the rate), also a swimming pool on the roof and a gymnasium.

Excellent Value

The exterior and common areas are very nice. The room's decor was a bit spartan, but the size was excellent. You can secure a suite for $100-$125 that includes sitting area, bedroom (with nice closet space) and kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, etc. In addition, a grocery store is about a three minute walk from the hotel.

Unique Quality: The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to either Retiro or Recoleta (Pueto Madero is only a five-minute taxi ride)

The staff were the best part of the hotel and were completely helpful and able to assist in English. This included arranging for an electric converter, arranging a car to the airport, exchanging US dollars at a reasonable rate and arranging for package delivery.
