Classy Broadway

This is a very good apartment hotel considering its location, interiors, services and price.
Located at 1173 Ave Corrientes, meaning just short walk to Las Obelisco (the obelisk) near to SUBTE stations (Tribunales - Line D , and Carlos Pellegrini combi line B,C,D , and a Line A station just like 4-5 blocks away) and bus stops.Corrientes Ave are fillled with lots of theatres

Teatro Colon is few blocks away
Lavalle pedestrian market is just across the famous Ave Nueve de Julio

The design is clasyy and clean with some modern touches and the theyre having a major brand new look by JAN 2006

A junior suite will comprise of a Queen Bed, a TV, mini-hifi , security lock , kitchen (with microwave) dining table and a comfy sofa

The elevator are somehow small, with limit of 4-5 ppl at a time.

Frontdesks are of good ppl , can speak ingles.

Would recommend if you want to have easy access in the city, but if u are looking for greener and quieter area, try some other barrios like palermo, recoleta or barrio norte

Published rate are about USD$100++ per room
Get thru an agent. i got mine for three adults at USD76 per room incl tax (21%) and breakfast.

Unique Quality: Breakfast is of decent offerings.

Viewing the opposite building which undergoing a renovations isnt really good, but they should be done in some time from now.

As u stepped out of the hotel, you'll see the obelisk at your left, which is of great help to relocate your hotel if you're lost during peddling in the city.

Good value and decent service

I would recommend this hotel as it was convenient, clean, modern and the service was good. The staff was friendly and spoke some English.
We picked Broadway All Suites because it looked like it was one of the few 3+ star hotels that would be able to handle three people in a room without overcrowding. It turned out that this was a good fit for us. We had a standard suite with three rooms with central air conditioning... a front room with a futon style bed, a table and chairs, and a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave; a bedroom with queen bed; and bathroom. For privacy or extra quietness you can close the bedroom door. The bedrooms overlook Corrientes but the windows are double paned so they are fairly quiet. Rooms are decorated in a sleek, modern, Euro, "Ikea" style. IMHO, this is not really a romantic hotel.
The hotel also offers a fairly decent continental buffet breakfast with a nice assortment of breads, meats, cheese, fruits, cereals, a couple of hot items, cafe, teas and fresh juices. On the top floor there's a "business center," with a single computer with internet access. (Note: computer was not the most up to date model and internet access was sporatic.) Also on the top floor was a fitness center and sauna.
The hotel is about eleven stories tall with two elevators that don't hold a lot of people so they can be slow at times.
We got a better rate on this hotel by contacting a local travel agency in Buenos Aires. But we had to pay in cash upon arrival.
As for the hotel, I would rate it as a 3+ star. Better than a 3 star hotel, but not quite a 4.

Unique Quality: This hotel has great value if you're looking for a suite arrangement.
