Good hotel, nice price and excelent location
Very nice hotel located at Recoleta, some blocks from Florida Street and other interesting spots.
The classic rooms are ok, but better to spend a little bit more and stay at the Superior room. The breakfast was fantastic and is served in reasonable convenient time, from 7 to 10:30.
I was only upset concerning the internet in the rooms….They promised me my laptop would work perfectly, but no one from the staff could manage to make it happen. I had to use the free internet computers from the lobby but it always took me some precious time waiting my turn, and when I was using it, there was always someone behind trying to make some pressure for me to leave….
But anyway, the place is very comfortable and cozy.

The room was massive. The staff was primarily bilingual English/Spanish. The decor and appliances are old.
Good-buses everywhere, very comfortable inside hotel and on most streets surrounding it
Bad-far from train station, sometimes homeless settled at night one block away going up Suipacha st., view another apartment
Unique Quality: gym, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor dining, buffet breakfast, dinner $15, minibar in room, AC, hairdryer, free internet, stove, iron available on request, tour desk, call taxi on request, garage, cable tv
