Buenos Aires' conveniently located hotel
Design Suites is a contemporary "boutique" hotel with sleek comfortable rooms. It is convenient to Recoleta cemetary and other interesting sites.
There are 40 rooms and at this time (Oct.2005) the cost for a room with a double bed is approximately $99 per night. The service is good, staff friendly and well-intentioned. A shuttle from the airport (30 some miles away) delivers you to the hotel.
The lobby has an elongated pool with a seating area surrounding it. Drinks can be ordered here, too, and it's a good place to meet if you are traveling with friends or family. When we visited in Feb. 2005, a small selection of jewelry and clothing was available for sale in this area at certain times of the day.
Unique Quality: The convenient location and friendliness of the staff makes this an accommodation we would recommend.

Trendy apart hotel
Some friends of mine were here last year, they enjoyed a lot the stay!

Hip & Hot
Great hotel in a somewhat less desirable area of Recoleta. I would recommend this hotel to someone looking to stay in something a little more upscale and is willing to pay a little more.
Unique Quality: Oversized rooms with jacuzzi tubs and kitchen area. Modern design.
