moderate hotel

Good (3.0 of 5.0 stars)

A good location, smaller rooms. and there was mild damage in the hotel room. It was comfortable and convenient. If I was to return to Buenos Aires I would likely shop for another hotel. This one was arragned by a travel agent for a group. The staff was nice, though. The bath small and a bit rough. Nevertheless it was a quick walk to the Av. de 9 Julio and to the Metro or Subte.

Unique Quality: Location is the advantage but it is on a very small street and at night is just a bit odd.

Directions: Near Av 9 de Julio but in the narrow street part of the city. I saw other hotels on better streets and guides said they were also reasonably priced. We paid some group rate but I would not want to pay nearly $100+ for this hotel without looking around.
