Excellent choice!

After finding no airport hotels at EZE, upon googling for one, I ended up staying my 2 nights in B Aires at the Howard Johnson Plaza on Florida Street - I would highly recommend it! Very nice and clean and spacious, with full amenities in the room, and very pleasant and helpful front desk and concierge staff! The breakfast is good, too!

The walk to the hotel door (on a pedestrian mall) from the nearest street was a breeze! No problem at all! Don't forget to smell (and taste!) the coffee and alfajore at cafe Havana cafe you walk out of the hotel to Calle Florida ;-) Heavenly! :-)

Unique Quality: Great convenience - direct access to Calle Florida and 2 minutes from St Martin Plaza

So convenient!

Situated right at the top of Florida, a short walk from Plaza Libertad and San Martin subte station, the Plaza Florida HoJos is ideally located for easy access around Buenos Aires either walking or by the underground. The rooms are comfortable (but avoid those that end in 1 - they're inner rooms and have no natural light), clean and quite adequately roomy.

The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful - they're a credit to the hotel management.

Breakfasts are ample with good variety and the inhouse restaurant better than most hotels. With a small bar area and free internet access, the hotel is ideal for a city stay, reasonably priced and good value for your money.

Unique Quality: As well as its proximity to so many of Buenos Aires' attractions, the hotel's location above ground level and on a pedestrianised street means there is no traffic noise to disturb guests - a real bonus in a big city.

Don't confuse this with the Howard Johnson Classic on Bartolome Mitre or any of the other HoJo's in BA - their location is nowhere near as convenient.

As Florida is pedestrianised, if you take a taxi you will have to leave it at the corner of either Paraguay or M.T. de Alvear, or you can enter the hotel from the rear via an arcade off Maipu. All are very short distances.
