I will go back to this Hotel on day 11, see my Argentina Intro.
Any how my first impression
- Classical Ibis Hotel - they are all the same in the world.
- So the location is important and i must say - this one has a very good location on the Plaza Congreso, so right in the middle of some highlights in BaAs

Ibis Congreso
Of the three places I stayed in BA, this is my favorite. I know, it's a chain, but they're very clean, quant and economical. I stayed here for three nights, at a cost of just over $40US per night.
