Hotel Republica
This is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Buenos Aires. Their off-season rates are very reasonable. I paid only $100(pesos) per night.
Unique Quality: An awesome view of the Obelisk, right from your room. Remember to ask for a room at faces the front. These rooms generally cost $10 more than the ones facing back.
