for buses more info here

you can get a cama bus and you can also sleep well
there is also a ferry (Buquebus) from BsAs to Montevideo, 2:30-3:00 trip, return ticket 120-130USD (not sure) otherwise also a cheaper ferry, slow ferry and it takes.. a lot, it uses to leave late and, of course, late most of time.

Since your time is limited, my recommendation is by Buquebus (water ferry). See the posts just under yours, which should give you some unformation on Buquebus service.

Travel Tips for Buenos Aires
Admiral's Club
by Gypsystravels
Whenever I fly (usually more internationally) I make use of the American Airline's Admirals Club. Here in the Ezeiza airport in Buenos Aires American Airlines has a really nice (decent size) Admiral's Club for Platinum, Execuitve Platinum members as well as passengers flying first class (I think business as well) on American Airlines.
During my trip to Buenos Aires with Ferni we decided to stop in before our flight to catch up on some emails, grab something to drink and a few bites to munch on.
The club was jammed packed with passengers and there was hardly anywhere to plug in any of your electronic items, but we found a few chairs and luckily a plug as well to hook up my laptop.
Like most American Airlines Admirals Club, this particular club had free internet service (make sure to grab the info at the front desk), plenty of drinks (especially some really yummy wines), plates of cheeses meats, fruit, crackers, assorted nuts and veggies.
San Telmo
by Sonador3
It's not a bad idea to begin your visit to San Telmo by starting in the Monserrat neighborhood. You can see some old churches and historical buildings, such as the Manzana de las Luces. And then walk all of the way up Defensa, slowly making your way through the San Telmo neighborhood. Try to go on a Sunday when the street market (La Feria De Plaza Dorrego) is in full swing. You'll find plenty of street performers (such as Carlito below) as well as antiques and collectables of all sorts. In the evening, one of the best steak houses in all of Buenos Aires is serving a Bife de Lomo for prices that will make you cry tears of happiness...really!! El Des Nivel is located Defensa 885, but be prepared for a line!
Paseadores
by Maggies
Paseadores are the professional dog walkers and it's quite a popular job in BsAs. One man walks up to 12 dogs together and these are always large breeds like german shepherd, great dane or labrador . Also, it looks like the dogs got used to it cuz I've never seen them fighting.
You can have your dog walked by a professional for 100 peso a month.
Iguazu Falls
by VZ-Pam
My side trip to Iguazu is the most amazing place in Argentina !! Its definitely worth every penny of it. However, its not much to see there other than the Falls or the National Park, my advice is to stay there for 2 days will be enough.
Alto Palermo Shoppng Center
by wadekorzan
There are quite a number of large shopping malls in Buenos Aires, and most tourists end up shopping in Galerias Pacifico because it is located on Florida shopping street, the main pedestrian zone of the city. However, you'll find the same merhandise in Alto Palermo that you will find at Galerias Pacifico, but the prices will be a bit less. In addition to that, by shopping at Alto Palermo, you'll be around a lot more locals than tourists.
It's easy to get to Alto Palermo by taking the green subway line to the Bulnes station. The shopping center is at that station.
