If coming in summer, be prepared to stand in 35 C. Take also a good wide hat if you will stay much time in the sun. It usually rains heavily in the summer, and the city streets rapidly transform into small rivers. Take sensible shoes! If coming in winter, take warm clothes. It is usually around 10 C but it can drop to -1C. It does not snow or rain much in winter. Take a good sunblock. You can also buy it here. You will find reasonable-priced photo equipment downtown. In the sierras, it is usually colder than in the city. Take a warm sweater if you will stay outdoors at night in the mountains, even in summer.
Cordoba

The capital city of Cordoba, that takes the same name as the province, is one of the most important cities in Argentina with regard to population and production, as well as regarding its beautiful villages and towns. A lot of people spend their holidays here, specially because it offers a combination of relax and contact with nature. I have been there in 1992 with my grade mates, a sort of "End of term" trip. We had a great time there and I have so many fond memories I will never forget that place...
