Hotel Internacional
We arrived in Mendoza without having booked accommodation so our options were somewhat limited however we booked into the Hotel Internacional for a two night stay and found the hotel to be quaint and pleasant. It is not a modern facility and the rooms are small but the bed was comfortable and there was a tv and air conditioning or ceiling fan.
There are two dinky lifts that access the rooms. The concierge locks the doors at midnight but is always close by to let you in should you like to taste Mendoza's nightlife!
For 180 pesos per night I thought it was comfortable and well located in a good area. I would go back there.
Unique Quality: Breakfast was included in the price. There is parking and a pool on the adjacent street (Avenida Peru). There is free internet access on the ground floor.

Excellent location
Centrally located, the International Hotel is within walking distance of Plaza Independencia. This hotel is really nice and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very professional and helpful.-
