My Favourite Hostel in Bariloche
We got here the day we arrived in Argentina from London very tired. We were instantly made welcome by Roxana and Javier our hosts.
We made to feel at home and were reccomende things to do and how to go about them. For example they suggested that we walk up Cerro Lopez and gave directions to the place we could start from.
We were so impressed we came back for more later in our trip!
Althought the hostel is alittle way out of the city centre it doesn't take long to walk there at all. Of course it means there isn't traffic to wake you up if you needed a lie in.
And for £3.75 a night I thought it was a complete bargain.
Unique Quality: Every room has a private bathroom. The room we atyed in was in the style of a mountain hut, with wooden bunks.
The lounge downstairs has comfy sofas, a television and video (lots of videos to choose from both english and spanish), also doubles up as the dining area.
Small guests kitchen for self catering shared witht he owners, but plenty of equipment.
Offers a laundry service.
There are lockers for luggage storage.
Loads of local knowledge and information, just ask Roxana or Javier, they are really friendly.
24 hour access with a magnetic key.
