Hostel - Inn Patagonia

A nice hostel situated outside the city of Bariloche on the shores of Lake Gutierrez which only opened in March 2003. We happened to stay at the same time as its fist birthday party, so we were treated to some live music and lots of fun.

We stayed in a 4 bedded room with bunks and an ensuite showeroom.

It was nice to relax in the evening with other people in the nice big lounge with fireplace and television.

Staff were all very friendly and ready to help.

Unique Quality: Has a private beach

Transfers to and from Bariloche and the airport.

A well equipped kitchen

Basic breakfast is included in the price, you will probably want to supplement this though.

Spanish lessons were on offer.

Internet access - free after 8pm until midnight

Loads of books and magazines with a beanbags to slouch in while reading them.

  • Opinion of Price: least expensive
  • Related to: Backpacking, National/State Park, Budget Travel
