Lovely boutique hotel overlooking Salta

At the time of my visit, The hotel Papyrus was easily one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed at and i would recommend it without reservation.

location is a bit away from the center of town but a remis only costs about 3 or 4 pesos. It is probably a bit far to walk to the center though, no shortage of remis or buses.

the hotel itself is elegant. i stayed in a superior room with a wonderful view of Salta. the room was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. the bed was very comfortable and i slept very well.

meals were served in a semi formal space with a nice view of the city. the staff was very nice about making breakfast for me early on the days that i had to leave for an excursion. dinner was probably a bit expensive compared to what you can get in town but more than worth it. excellent quality, presentation and service.!

Service at the hotel was outstanding in all respects. Kati made some nice recommendations on shopping and public transportation. like most of the other reviewers i found the service at the hotel one of the best features of my stay. everyone was nice, friendly. i would rate this hotel as a 5 star both in accommodation and service. every aspect of my stay was positive and i would not hesitate to recommend this hotel highly to others. i will definitely stay here again next time i am in salta.

Unique Quality: Great View of the city,,,,,especially when you are dining at night

Great Small Hotel

Our travel agent arranged this hotel for us and we knew little about it. However once we arrived we were thrilled. We were in Malva a 2 bedroom apartment that could easily sleep 5 people but we were only 3. There is a full dining room, huge master bedroom, kitchen(although stove was not yet connected) bathroom and a second small bedroom.
An excellent breakfast is included. Staff were excellent and attentive.
Internet is only available in the office at this time.

Unique Quality: Beautiful grounds and common areas. The dining room has a great view of the city especially at night. Beautifuly decorated rooms. A quiet refuge within walking distance of the downtown (about 15 minutes.)
