Rosario has a great comic writer called Roberto Fontanarrosa, he made many characters but the most famous since he begun and until now is Inodoro Pereyra, a really comic argentinian 'gaucho' who have the most hilarious situations and is always with his dog Mendieta who is more intelligent and reflects more than him :P
La Emilia is a small pueblo an hour away from Rosario, and 12 minutes away from a larger town San Nicolas. The population is about 10,000 people, I suppose it represents the small Argentinian cities outside of the larger metropolitans of Buenos Aires.
The surrounding landscape around La Emilia is filled with green marshes, and mostly flat land. Watch out for mosquitos definitly bring your Off or buy it here if you'll be in the countryside of Argentina in the summer.
This is the one Catholic church of La Emilia, surrounding it there is a pretty park area and benches to sit by and relax.
