Its hard to call from Philippines to Tucuman. The phone was just ringing but accdg to my friend there ...there was no miss call on her part....amazing.

Hi! To call to Argentina from abroad you have to dial 54 + area_code + number. If you are trying to call to a cell phone then you have to dial 54 + 9 + area_code + number. To call to San Miguel de Tucuman this should be: 54 + 381 + number or 54 + 9 + 381 + number to call a cell phone.

You can change your dollars or euros at the currency exchange offices or bureaus (Maguitur, Maxicambio, Noroeste Cambios) located along the 700 block of San Martin Street, although you’ll be charged a fee.
