I am having difficulty getting through to my friends cell phone.

It is a cell phone from villa la angostura and I am trying to call from a US telephone.

can anyone help me please?

When dialing an Argentine cell phone from outside the country you replace the 15 with a 9 so 011-54-9 then the rest

Sorry normally the number would look something like this 156-3662222 and you would then drop the 15 and dial 011 54 9 11 (city code for Buenos Aires) 6366 2222 I am assuming the 2 and 4 are the local codes, but can't figure that number out. Maybe someone else can pipe in and help.

Yes, i was told to dial this but it didnt work.

I have tried 0115424771512345 but that doesnt do it either. It is a cell phone number. But it is a little different the Buenos Aires numbers becaause i have no trouble calling those.
