Camping Rio Varela is part of the Estancia Haberton and even though you will not see any kind of facilities there, you still have to register in Ea. Haberton and ask for their permission to stay there overnight for camping. All of that area is in posession of the farm, including the roads and forests, the beaches and rivers.
There are lovely Lenga-trees along the river, a quiet and peaceful place to stay, a young fox passed by in a short distance, it was not confused at all to see us, see some pics of it in my local customs tip !
