Best in town
The Rosario is a beautiful hotel, just about a block from the lake. My room was large and included a pair of comfortable armchairs. The toilet was in a separate small room from the tub and shower.
I really liked the décor—Indian weavings on the wall alternated with a row of silver llamas.
Heat is provided by a large space heater. It took quite a while to get the room up to a comfortable temperature, but then it was fine. Note: the lobby and dining room areas are not heated—we ate with our jackets on. The food in the dining room was very good, beautifully presented, and not very expensive.
Unique Quality: It had a nice outdoor pool, although I was too busy to use it.

the perfect place for stargazing or soul searching
The Hotel Rosario del Lago is by far the best place to stay in Copacabana - a lakeside town that (thankfully) most tourists day trip to.
The rooms are comfortable, and the views are killer! (The picture below was taken sitting on the bed.)
Unique Quality: The restaurant and breakfast are very good (the coffee alone is worth getting up for), and the terrace beyond the lounge can either be a great place to meditate/soul search, or get to know other guests.

Best Hotel in Copacabana
I just stayed one night. It was a small but comfortable room with a great view of Lake Titicaca and the sunset. See also a separate travelogue.
Unique Quality: Spectacular views of Lake Titicaca from my window and from the outdoor balcony in the sitting area.

Brisas del Lago Hotel.
this hotel is located in front of the shores of the lake. so it offers a great view of the lake. i can say that the staff it`s really great. although that in copacabana the service of water does not work the whole day. they never let you withoug water.
Unique Quality: yeah, as i told you up great view it`s the best quality of this hotel.
