Considering the Hacienda Villa del Sol in La Paz?
A VT member wrote the following comment about visiting La Paz:

La Paz has three very well differentiated zones: El Alto (which is actually a different city) is very dangerous and you do not want to be there walking on your own; El Centro is the downtown area (definitely the most interesting) has plenty of museums, art craft shops, baroque churches, and markets; La Zona Sur is the lowest part of the city where the rich live (not much to see there).
