Hotel Paraiso: Worth It If Only for the Rooftop Terrace
The Hotel Paraiso is a friendly place with a nice restaurant for breakfast. They gave me the "matrimonial suite," probably because it had a bigger bed. It was $8. The rooms had private baths but they could have been cleaner. The staff were just kids but they were hard-working, competent and the service was good.
Unique Quality: The Hotel Paraiso has a rooftop terrace with spectacular views.
