Sweet Hostel
Simple, and cheap accommodation in the heart of Uyuni. Rooms are spacious, but cold during the dry season. You´ll get the best service from the reception if you attempt to speak in Spanish (they speak some english quite well, but guests who came in using english didn´t get a great service). There are 2 gas hot showers (run off bottles) which have limited ability to give hot water. Their bag storage (3 bolivianos) is excellent.
The hostel also runs Pucara Tours of the Salt plains. These are excellent tours to book through the hostel.
Unique Quality: The owners have a young son who is somewhat manic and attention demanding.
