Does anyone know if you can rent stand up paddle boards in Florianopolis? Thanks.
I'm sure the house expert-on-all-things-Brazilian-he's-never-heard-of-before will weigh in soon with another spectacularly 'off' answer, maybe after he actually figures out what a paddle board is.

One of the most tradicional restaurants in Florianópolis.For years it's been preparing typical dishes of the island, like the famous'pirão'.Sometimes there's art exposition.Nice view of the Av. Beira-Mar Norte.
Time Open: 6:00pm
Time Close: 12:00am
It is located between the beaches of Pântano do Sul and Matadeiro. It can be reached by boat or on foot, trekking for about 45 minutes. The beach is small and at its end there is a little lagoon with clear and warm waters appropriate for swimming. There are no facilities. A good option for eco tourism.
I was in Floripa a couple weeks before the season started, and it was kind of rainy and cold. Despite that, I had a great time! Really nice people, beautiful beaches and tons of outdoor activities available like surf, kiting, or mountain biking. Added to that a killer nightlife and you have one of my favorite places in Brazil!
