Hi, Pluma and Kaiowa are two companies operating the São Paulo-Foz do Iguaçú line. Not sure whether there are others. Regular bus R$ 130; sleeping bus R$ 212 (I'd recommend, since it is a fairly long trip - 12 hours, sleeping bus; 14-16 hours regular). Hope this helps.

HOW TO GET THERE FROM THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: Take the Airport Service Bus "Rodovi?ria Ti?te" at the airport. Follow the crowd, take an escalator (or stairs if you are in a hurry. There is an elevator somewhere as well) and turn left. Good luck finding your bus ticket office!

Just sit at a pavement cafe or restaurant and soon some little kid will appear trying to sell you some chewing gum,I did not need any so just gave them few cents and they vent away happily. A kind of pastry with peaches and pineapple,hmmm very nice.
