Do u hve idea about the airport pickup costs of WTC hotel from Guarulhos Airport?
Is it safe in Guarucoop taxis. Which is better Guarucoop or an hotel pickup
In addition to the more expensive Guaracoop taxis, you can also get a regular taxi or take the bus (R$30)that stops at many of the hotels. Remember that most taxi drivers in Brazil are just hard working family guys who want to get you to your destination inthe most efficient manner possible.
I don't know how weight and big is your baggage. But you may consider in going to Itaim-Bibi by bus and then getting a taxi around to go to hotel. This way you will have inexpensive costs.
São Paulo state government is availing of some buses from Guarulhos airport to some places in big town. Itaim-Bibi is very close to WTC. Watch the below link:

I am supposing your portuguese/spanish is OK in order to deal with EMTU and taxi driver. A bus ticket from Guarulhos to São Paulo city (437 line) costs R$30,00. Very cheap for tourist transportation.

taxis are pretty safe. sure i can imagine you are afraid of hagglers but i agree with whats said on top- its safe and their future work depends on customer reputation too :)
i am sure they can provide a bill. i got one last time though a friend asked on my behalf.

Since I moved to Rio I started to travel alot in the region...I live in the south east of the country so taking a car with Rafa and visit his relatives is not so far...As Rafael usually go to São paulo to visit his relatives and we love travelling together with our families...We stopped by in Aparecida do Norte, more famous as APARECIDA DO NORTE.
This is where our BASILICA is constructed, it is said to be the second biggest in the world after St. Peter's in Vatican, and the place deserves a stop, specially when you find out a real shopping mall in the church are, and in this mall you will find a very simple AQUARIUM with lots of educational information. You learn alot when you visit this place!

This place has everything. Here you can dance to live music - from reggae to salsa to Brazilian rock, as well as shop for some unique, hand-crafted goods at the front portion of this venue. Dress as you would to go to any hot spot.

I was recommended to eat here by my Sao Paulo guide. This restaurant is located in the Italian section of downtown Sao Paulo. The food was simply wonderful. I am a vegetarian so there was a good selection of meatless pasta dishes and the salad bar was FANTASTIC. This is one of the BEST italian restaurants in the world! Gnocchi with white sauce and the salad bar!
Cantina it is but not napolitana , it's Nipolitana to let you know it's an italian cantina with (nippo) japanese rigor .... strictly overlooked and commanded by its owner... ( I know him , just forgot his name , sorry , will find out)...
The restaurant is small , almost spartanic , but I highly recommend for it's delicious and excellent italian food and quick and friendly service. I've eaten different dishes there at different times , my favorite is the big bowl of "Capeletti in Brodo" , pasta in "ring form", filled with meat and / or chicken in typical italian broth....
This together with fresh italian bread to spread the socalled "Couvert" on it ( butter , sardella , a fantastic red , spicy "cream" , I think made out of fish , but I'm not sure, olives...) is enough to make you sigh in content......
As dessert I love "Petit Gateau" , a kind of light chocolate cake , filled with chocolate cream and toppled with another different chocolate sauce..... Comes with either whipped cream and / or a ball of vanilla ice cream.... You don't need to be afraid , this dessert is not that big and , com ' on , once you can eat that without having to count the calories.....
