From São Paulo International airport to Santos you may pay around R$175,00.
The trip is 1:30Hs-2:00Hs long.
There is a bus line as well serving both cities and the fare is quite cheaper.
The bus is for tourist people.

The "R" in front of the dollar sign signifies "reais", the BRazilian currency.

I am not sure if there is an airport in Santos... The cities are so close, I would recommend taking a bus. Buses are really comfortable, not overpriced and reliable. I haven't done this trip forever, but I am sure you can find a non-stop bus that will make it in less that 2h (+- 1.5h).
